It is one's profound resolve, 'I am going to overcome this obstacle no matter what!' that will be transformed into profound prayers, which in would manifest the limitless potential that lies dormant in the depths of one's life, which ultimately become the driving force for one to continue challenging all adversities with persevering tenacity.
Those who are always advancing with a forward-looking heart always determined to strive ever more are never afraid of failures.
To breakthrough one's self-imposed limitations, overcome all adversities and deadlocks that stand tall before us, and to achieve victorious growth by leaps and bounds, this is the way of life that Buddhism teaches.
There are times when the 'wall of reality' seems too thick and strong for anyone to conquer.
However, by maintaining perseverance, exercising one's wisdom (derive from chanting), and continuously challenging without giving up, one will surely be able to open a way forward!"

3 月 5 日壮年部成立之日的意义
1966 年 3 月 5 日，池田会长在日本创价学会总部的三楼本部大佛堂 举行了壮年部结成典礼，也就是"壮年部结成之日"。当时池田会长 就任会长大约有六年了。
池田会长坚信，广宣流布如同一座宏伟建筑，壮年是其支柱。壮年 站起来，大家就会勇气百倍。壮年的存在极其重要，力量巨大。
池田会长在致词中，提醒壮年在组织中的重要使命。又谈到一生贯 彻信心的重要性。
池田会长也说到:"此刻不站立起来，何时站立起来?此刻不奋斗， 何时奋斗?难道要等几十年后再站起来?谁知道那时会怎样呢?现 在就是黄金时刻，生命的时间不是有限的吗?
"只要壮年部大发展，形成坚固的广宣流布阵势，我创价学会就永 远坚如磐石." 池田会长的声音如狮子吼般在壮年部员的内心深处轰 隆作响。
最后，池田会长呼吁壮年部员说:"一起奋斗吧!让我们一起创造新 的历史!同样是一生，就让我们为法战而活吧!".
March 5 - Significance of the Men Division Formation Day
It was on March 5, 1966, at a ceremony held in the hall on the third floor of the Japan Soka Gakkai Headquarters, where President Ikeda established the Men Division (now known as the Men Division Formation Day). Approximately six years had passed since President Ikeda had become president of the Soka Gakkai.
President Ikeda firmly believed that the members of the Men Division were the pillars supporting the grand structure of kosen-rufu. When men stand up, it gives others courage. Their presence is significant, and their potential is tremendous.
In his message, President Ikeda touched upon the role of the Men Division in the organization and the importance of carrying out faith throughout one's life.
He also called upon the Men Division members, "If you don't stand up now, when will you? If you don't exert yourselves now, when will you? How many decades do you intend to wait before you take your stand? There is no telling what condition you will bein then. You are in the prime of your life. It is a precious time in this present finite existence."
If the Men Division develop remarkably and establish a solid framework for kosen-rufu, our organization will remain sercure forever. President Ikeda's voice, reverberating like the roar of a lion, deeply struck the hearts of the Men Division members.

Leaders should be sensitive
As SGI leaders, how we interpret the words of members and what we say in response is important. A genuine leader is someone who gives measured thought to such matters. When talking with individuals, ask yourselves: "What are they worried about?" "What are they trying to say?" "What are they thinking? "What is it they seek?" Try to discern these things in others. Try to know. Try to understand. This is the challenge of leadership. From such compassion arises wisdom.

Benefits of the mystic law; Faith propels us in the direction of happiness
Sensei's guidance:
"The benefit of the Mystic Law is boundless and immeasurable. Even if we cannot understand the profound meaning of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, by chanting it, we will naturally be enveloped in good fortune and benefit, in the same way that an infant is embraced in its mother's love.
The most important thing is to chant with faith to the Gohonzon, honestly and sincerely. None, no matter what worldly power or influence they wield, are a match for those who chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo. This is our honour and pride as direct successors of Nichiren Daishonin."

March 16, Kosen-rufu Day. The spirit of this day lies not in magnificent ceremonies or high-sounding words. It lies in being victorious. That is the most crucial thing in all endeavors. In life and in kosen-rufu, we either win or lose. I would like you to be absolute victors in both. No matter what excuses we try to make, giving in to defeat brings misery and loses us the respect of others. I hope each of you without exception will adorn your life with indestructible triumph.

感謝同事張淑英的折伏，讓我信受可以宿命轉換、可以變毒為藥的偉大妙法，點燃希望的火焰，徹底翻轉了我人生的軌跡。
民國72至76年間，爸爸、大哥和四哥相繼去世，因此有人說是我家的風水不好，也有人說是我們的住家有問題，於是我們的房子一間換過一間，祖墳也大興土木，重新翻修又搬遷，到處求神拜佛，耗盡家產，但情況還是沒有改變。
二哥從事鐵窗工作，民國81年，工作時不慎誤觸高壓電，瞬間跌落地面，當場身亡。面對至親接二連三的離去，我深感生命的無常，花了無數的金錢和時間去上潛能開發和心靈成長課程，這當中也接觸許多宗教，尋尋覓覓，就是為了解除心中的疑惑，希望找到生命的出口。
民國84年，因緣際會下，我找到一份從事業務的工作，同事淑英得知我家發生這麼多事故，便積極鼓勵我信奉妙法，斬斷家族不幸的宿業。當時年少，從過往接觸的宗教經驗，直覺所有的宗教都是勸人為善，只要我說好話、做好事，心存善念，不害人，若能擷取各個宗教的優點，那不是更棒、更完美嗎？抱著這樣的一念，與妙法失之交臂。
民國87年，奶奶以高齡93歲壽終正寢，喪葬自然是採取傳統的爾前儀式，很多的繁文縟節、三跪九叩禮，連續三個月，累得人仰馬翻。淑英知道後，熱心地傳達地區女子部回向唱題給奶奶，當我聽到這事時，感到非常不可思議和感動，一來我與她們非親非故，二來我沒有給她們任何酬勞或好處，為什麼她們願意為我的奶奶付出？抱著感恩回饋的一念，之後參加了在辛亥二館舉辦的學會員告別式，完全忘記自己的敏感體質。
以前只要經過喪禮地點，就會明顯感到不舒服，這次卻沒有被煞到，身心清爽，深刻感受到這是有力量的宗教，才會有著如此強大的功力。於是產生了確信，從88年開始持續唱題、參加學會活動到現在。
不過，我真正發心是學會於林口體育館舉辦的「2000•5•3萬人青年和平文化節」。在此次大型活動中，我擔任合唱團使命，在密集的訓練過程中，大家彼此照顧，相互鼓勵，深切體會到異體同心的力量。而且不但可以穿得美美的，還可以全程欣賞所有節目，實在太有福運了。尤其看到男子部疊羅漢體操的演出，感動得淚水直流，到底是什麼力量讓他們願意把自己的性命放心地交在別人的肩膀上？因為每一個跳躍動作，都具備著高風險，稍一不小心，就可能會受傷，甚至危及性命。
因為家族的宿業，看盡了生離死別，我以為自己已經鐵石心腸，但看到那驚心動魄，彼此間絕對信賴的強韌繫絆，所迸發出的人性之美與強大力量，深深觸動了內心最柔軟的那一處，淚水奔流。文化節結束後，我全力投入學會活動，認真地學習佛法，也敬領了御本尊，還通過三級教學考試，同時折伏了媽媽，母女齊心唱題，走上妙法大道。
媽媽入信後，一直受到多寶前輩們的照顧，晚年時身體狀況不佳，但每次皆在會員們誠心地祈念下化險為夷。民國103年2月20日，媽媽安詳辭世，服喪期間，地區會員們更是無私地陪伴唱題，讓我深切感受到溫暖，由衷感謝。
懷著報恩感謝的一念，我接下了白天組組長的使命，踏出了利他的行動，從照顧部員中，學習成長。每次一收到課表，我就會一一親自送到會員手中，藉此機會對話，即使只有一兩句話，也是表達關心和相互打氣的絕佳機會。為了沒有時間出來活動的會員，用心安排行動座談會，將自己聽到的體驗與她們分享。
誠如御書所云：「法華經行者，若如說修行，必於一生之中，不遺一人，皆當成佛。譬春夏作田，雖有早晚，一年之中，必有收穫。」雖然組員們目前因為工作、家庭緣故，暫時沒辦法參加學會活動，但我相信只要誠心誠意地為她們的幸福祈念，保持關懷的行動，根據佛法的因果法則，妙法是最大善緣，總有一天，她們的幸福種子一定會發芽，綻放出最美麗的歡喜花朵。
台積電董事長張忠謀曾說：「很多人外表光鮮亮麗，其實內辛苦不堪言。」這句話說得一點也不假，我從事業務工作多年，看到很多人生百態，因此一有機會就進行折伏，印象最深的，就是和前輩到振興醫院鼓勵一位癌末的女客戶，她的先生深愛妻子，不僅學習按摩指壓，日日為她抒解身體的痛楚，照顧得無微不至，一聽到題目是大良藥，立刻爽快地接受信仰，開口唱題。由於女客戶已經病入膏肓，後來連救護車都無法搭乘，甚至服用很多利尿劑也無法排出一滴尿，但在丈夫的誠摯唱題祈念下，竟然延壽了六年，讓我們深切感受到妙法的不可思議。
我還折伏一位男同事的舅舅和舅媽，他的舅媽因為腎臟疾病，在林口長庚的加護病房住了三個多月，醫生表示該做的治療都做了，已經束手無策，但他的舅舅不肯放棄，24小時守候在家戶病房外面，於是我邀約前輩前去折伏。在舅舅的同意下，我們進到加護病房內，看到舅媽全身插滿管子，因為氣切無法說話，甚至連眼睛都張不開，但我們在她的耳邊鼓勵她跟著我們唱題5分鐘，我發現她的眼角流下了淚水，非常心疼。
回家後，我們與同事和他的舅舅約定全力強盛祈求，第三天，傳來好消息，舅媽可以轉到普通病房了。出院之後，在一個機緣下，他們前往大陸換腎，現在她的情況相當良好，行動自如。
這樣的體驗不勝枚舉，民國99年，我折伏了一位信仰一貫道的同學，因為醫生宣判她罹患淋巴癌的媽媽只剩下七天壽命，在她認真強力的唱題祈念下，她的媽媽產生了前所未有的生命力，存活至今。100年，我同學罹患甲狀腺癌，我以親身所見的體驗，鼓勵她以題目為根本奮戰，那年底我帶她參加了智慧地區總會，御本尊實在巧妙，當天安排的正好是甲狀腺癌挑戰勝利的體驗分享，那位會員現在在東湖義務教導人們運動，我同學也參加了，現在恢復了健康，氣色還好到讓人根本不知道她曾經罹癌。
妙法實在不可思議，三姐與堂哥是隔壁班同學，在她的鼓勵下，二堂哥為了三堂哥的病業，主動詢問我有關信仰的事情，因為親戚關係，我照顧起來特別用心。現在二堂哥不只敬領了御本尊，也通過教學部員任用考試，目前擔任白天組壯年部組長。看到他為了親人與友人的幸福不斷在對話和折伏，令人讚賞，真心希望這個善的漣漪能在我的家族中持續擴展開來。
「必假心固，神守則強」，我有好多次騎車時遭遇到汽車或其他機車從側面或後面追撞的意外，但每一次都能夠安然無恙，可說受到諸天強力的守護。104年9月，我參加公司證券營業員考試，很幸運的，一次就通過，同時創下單位第一個做債券並創下額度最高的業績成果，獲得了特別獎勵金。
我不過一介平凡女性，但值遇妙法後，透過題目與活動的磨練，真正懂得如何使命這本寶貴的「生命手冊」，信心18年來，領受太多的福運功德，在此決意要更加努力廣宣流布，自我人間革命，並培育後繼人才，讓更多人信受這至高無上的佛法，獲得永不崩壞的絕對幸福，。
