灵鹫山 Eagle Peak

大圣人曾在多处的御书中提到「灵山净土」。
弟子们在此跟随着师,于拼命修行,捍卫师当中,一直把师的教导刻划在生命中。
换句话说,灵鹫山不仅是「师弟共战的行学磨练之地」,也是「师弟不二的广宣流布舞台」。


灵山净土乃宇宙全体

大圣人的御书一再提到:「修行《法华经》到底的人,去世以后,将能前往灵山净土」。
当然大圣人所说的「死后可往灵山净土」,绝非指可往如念佛所说的西方极乐净土般的另一种世界。
尊贵巨大的宝塔出现,全宇宙的佛齐聚,诚如《法华经》会座所呈现的样相,灵山净土就是指宇宙本身,宇宙整体。
所以说,灵山净土不是位于宇宙的某个地方。
不是那种偏颇的想法,当知我们的一念、我们的生命,是与宇宙同样地浩瀚、深邃,是遵循着妙法的节奏前进。
如刚才所说的,不论人在哪里,只要是笃信妙法、从事信心修行之处,不须踏出寸步,该处就是灵山净土。
只要是贯彻此正确信心,确立伟大正念的人去世,其生命将能布满宇宙全体,达到广大无边的境地,欢喜雀跃。
这种生命境界,户田先生称为「交融于大宇宙的佛界」。从这种境界可体会出「灵山净土」的内在含义。

与家人再相会的场所

总之,「灵山净土」是指,贯彻信心到底,达成一生成佛的人,皆能平等到达的大境界,也就是佛的世界。
那里是深邃的生命层次,师弟可以再会,亲子、夫妇、兄弟将能重逢,同志可以再聚。这就是真实的法则。
即使今世不能相会,然而在「灵山净土」,作为妙法的师弟、妙法的同志、妙法的家族,还是能再会的。
这就是真实的生命状态。

大圣人对居于佐渡而再没有机会到身延探望他的老信徒国府女居士说,师弟定将在「灵山净土」再会。

释尊于灵鹫山所教说《法华经》的会座,也是地涌菩萨誓愿要在释尊灭后末法娑婆世界广宣流布的地方。
所以地涌菩萨为了达成所肩负的使命而从此「灵山净土」出发前往娑婆世界,等达成使命之后,再返回「灵山净土」。
所以说,对地涌菩萨而言,灵山净土是其「永远的生命故乡」,也是「永远的妙法同志世界」。
同时灵山净土也是,能够永远感受满足与胜利,生命能发放至极深邃价值的「常乐我净」世界。
