重视副职责的同志
担任副责任的同志，是"異体同心"的中枢。
重要的是，要明确知道"现在该做什么"这个自己的使命。只要副责任的同志具体地完成任务，精神奕奕为广布贡献，组织就会大大发展。另外，有时也会出现由后辈担任正职的情况。这时候，希望大家能秉持深邃的"信心"来支持作为核心的后辈。
正与副要团结一致，诚心向御本尊祈求"能为广宣流布做出贡献"。互相尊敬、互相协力的话，胜利的齒轮就会强而有力地运转，欢喜和功德也会扩展开去。

"Describing the Latter Day of the Law and a time when natural disasters strike in succession, Nichiren Daishonin writes: 'Even the large-hearted become narrow, and even those who seek the way adopt erroneous views' (WND–1, 845). This, he lamented, leads to endless conflict.
"Our movement for kosen-rufu and establishing the correct teaching for the peace of the land entails opening the hearts of people in the Latter Day of the Law through the power of the Mystic Law and uniting them based on the Buddhist principle of respect for the dignity of life."

《前三後一》
獅子王前三後一，臨蟻子與臨猛獸、取勢則同。
一一覆經王書、御書一一六九頁
【大意】
獅子王前三後一，無論是想捕捉一隻螞蟻，或者是要襲擊猛獸，都是全力以赴，絶對不掉以輕心。
【詳解】
百獸之王獅子，不管面对的敵人是弱是強，一點也不改變其謹慎的態度，猛然前三步後退一步，然後盡全力與敵搏鬥。
我们創價學會員，正是遵照此"前三後一"的精神，革新、強化組織，加強磨練自身的信心嗎？我们的使命是什麽？最高的人生是什麽？不待赘言，為實現廣宣流布，一生歡喜雀躍地活動，才是最高無上的幸福人生。
致力廣宣流布的我们一一不斷與困難、障礙奮戰。然而，我们一步也不可以退卻，要随時做好準備向下一個目標前進。
"後一"是指養精蓄銳，決不退卻。要銘記，始終是為了前進而儲備的精力。若是流於怠惰或安逸，將會耽誤下一個活動的开始。
讓我们多唱念题目，使生命力旺盛，更加稳固生活的基盤，嚴整陣容，準備下次的飛躍。
水流則不腐，若是喪失為廣布奮鬥的清新氣息，就沒有歡喜。我们的喜悦是在於救濟民眾、實踐一生成佛。
