Message by General Director

Message by General Director
Dear members,
We have been receiving enquiries lately from members, expressing their concerns about the recent haze situation in Singapore and the region, and how this would impact our upcoming activities.
We would like to assure everyone that we are closely monitoring the evolving situation and have reviewed our activities and operations, guided by the advisories of the relevant Ministries. Please be assured we have put in place necessary measures should the haze situation deteriorate. Leaders may also check back with the SSA Headquarters if you need any clarification.
Meanwhile, our activities will be as per normal unless otherwise informed by your leaders. For those who are feeling unwell, please feel free to rest at home.
We would like to express our appreciation to everyone for your great efforts for kosen-rufu. Please take good care of yourselves and let us also continue to send prayers for the earliest return of fair weather in Singapore and the region, and the good health and safety of our members.
Yours truly,
Tay Eng Kiat General Director 19 September 2019
