＜An organization that values one person thoroughly＞
Guidance from President Ikeda International: "It is the trend of the times to pursue an 'organization that fully values one person'. It is the mission of the society to lead in this direction. And it is the wide-spread organization that exists as its pioneer. Therefore, I hope to build build such a model organization."
Therefore, the society has been working towards the construction of a "human organization", and at the same time, it has made unremitting efforts to promote popular movements.
We hope to uphold this guideline and work together to build an ideal "human organization for people" and build the society into a model region and organization where everyone can participate happily, where meritorious deeds and talents emerge.
＜The wide organization is for the happiness of all staff＞
In order to build an organization for people, the most important thing is the attitude and practice of the leaders of the organization.
Guidance from the International President: "The organization of the society is for Kosen Rufu. At the same time, it is for the 'members'. The executives also exist for the 'happy members'. It can be said that everything is done for the happiness of 'one person'. Our organization It doesn't matter, whether it is your daily actions, when you operate based on this point, the Dharma of the Daishonin will continue to be passed on. I strongly advocate that it is natural to take the Gohonzon as the foundation, and as long as you don't forget With the "spirit" of the third president (the Soka Gakkai) and the "member-centered" guidance, the Soka Gakkai will continue to grow forever."
Cadres must never forget that the organization of the society is for the sake of spreading, and at the same time, it is for the happiness of every member. If cadres only use members as a means of organization and activities, the activities will be idle, members will suffer, and cadres themselves will be hindered.
<The cadres exist for the happiness of the members>
In response to this matter, Mr. Ikeda said: "Why do cadres exist? It is to bring "hope" and "courage" to members. It is to strengthen members' confidence and enable them to receive "merit". Leaders of Buddhism and Buddhism , is to make troubled people, suffering people, and poor people obtain "happiness". Actions that forget the fundamental purpose of "for what" are just egoism, hypocrisy, and degeneration. Therefore, cadres must not "Self-centered" must be "member-centered". If we can implement this, Kosen-rufu will expand, and I will grow myself, and I will fulfill my mission brilliantly."

As directed by President Ikeda International, the leaders and cadres of Buddhism must be "member-centered" and bring "hope" and "courage" to members in order to enhance confidence, receive "merit" and obtain "happiness". In this way, Kosen Rufu will expand, and he himself will grow, and he will fulfill his mission brilliantly. Therefore, never forget that it is necessary to build a wide-spread organization and region that "values one person".
