Youth are the protagonists of a new age. The future depends entirely on the aims they cherish, how hard they study, how bravely they act, and how seriously they work to develop themselves.

It is happiness. The goal of Buddhism and of faith, too, is to become happy.
📝Let's learn from Ikeda Sensei's guidances
🇧🇪SGI President Ikeda states:
💁🏻♀️💁🏻♂️"Ultimately, happiness rests on how we establish a solid sense of self or being . . .
👋👋Happiness does not lie in outward appearances nor in vanity.
💓💖It is a matter of what you feel inside; it is a deep resonance in our lives"
💁🏻♀️💁🏻♂️"In addition, the things that constitute relative happiness, such as possessions, relationships or circumstances, all disappear upon death.
🙏😇Absolute happiness, however, which is the life condition of a Buddha, exists on the level of life that is eternal and transcends life and death.
🙏🙏It is a benefit that we carry with us in lifetime after lifetime."
🙇🙇♀️Some people say that happiness is just a state of mind and that if you think you're happy you will be, even if you're suffering from illness or poverty.
💁🏻♂️💁🏻♀️But if it's just something you're telling yourself without actually feeling any real sense of happiness in the depths of your being, then it's ultimately meaningless…..
🤔How do you achieve absolute happiness?
👋👋"In a condition of absolute happiness there is total freedom from fear and anxiety. With consistent practice we develop the capacity to enjoy life in whatever circumstances and stay unperturbed by the ups and downs of our lives.
💁🏻♀️💁🏻♂️Absolute happiness does not depend on other persons or some circumstances.
🙏🙏It is created by us, by our regular practice of Nichiren Buddhism.
🙏📿Our faith enables us to to receive joy
that is derived from the Mystic Law."

✅being alive is a joy,
✅no matter where we are or what our circumstances entail.
🙏❤️It comes from within and is not contingent on external factors, which is why it's called "absolute."

"Even though we practice Nichiren Buddhism, I'm sure we all have problems and difficulties. On top of that, we've taken on organisational responsibilities, which means we are sharing in our members' struggles and hardships. It may feel like we are climbing a steep hill while shouldering a burden of worries several times our weight. But by regarding the members' sufferings as our own, we can vastly expand our life state of life. It is by striving tirelessly for kosen-rufu through the most challenging circumstances that we will gather great fortune and enjoy wonderful benefits. Please never forget the Buddhist Law of cause and effect."
