Even in his 70s, Mr. Makiguchi still used to say: 'We youth,' reflecting the spirit that the hearts of those who practice Nichiren Buddhism are eternally young. 领导人要率先垂范
要掀起新旋风！首先自己要有干劲地行动，让人看到自己是"这样行动，这样挑战过来"。青年率先垂范的行动，会让大家心情轻快明朗，带来充满勇气的清新气息。
同样地，领导人要像探射灯一样，照射着每一个尊贵的学会员，对他们加以慰劳和嘉许。对最努力奋斗的人，要至为珍惜，给予鼓励，从中会湧现数十倍的欢喜。
对提供会场的同志的家人也要衷心的感谢，要彬彬有礼，有常识地使用会场。
聖训教导："教主釋尊出世之本怀在示为人之道。"（〈崇峻天皇書〉，御書一二二二页）。在诚实聪明的行动之中，会显现出佛法实践者的真正价值。

《信心是斩断不幸根源的利剑》
受持此本法，是信之一字耳。对治元品无明之利剑正是此一信字，"无疑曰信"之释，须会此意。
一一御义口传上、御书七八五页
【大意】
受持此本法，即受持三大秘法的南無妙法莲华经，是由于信之一字，对治元品无明的根本利剑，也是信之一字。法华文句第九卷有"無疑曰信"的解释，应该时时记取。
【详解】
这节御文是说，受持三大秘法的大御本尊之根本，是在于信之一字，所谓元品无明，是不幸的根源，能將其斩断的利剑，也只有信之一字。
无明就是"不明"，是无法彻底悟得生命实体的迷惑。亦即，元品无明是引起不幸的根源，具体来说，就是错误的生命观。
解决人类的不幸，不是单靠改变政治、法律、经济等就可达成，必须把盤踞在人生命中的元品无明清除，否则，不可能有真正的幸福。不管如何推动环境变革，如果不能改造人的本质，就不能建立真正的幸福。因此，唯有信奉妙法，断绝无明，才能达到不为环境所动摇之金刚不坏的境界。
大聖人说，要將不幸的人生转换为幸福，唯有靠信之一字。此信心的姿态就是无疑曰信。对大御本尊要有绝对的确信，要以这种信心的态度，这样的一念，作为一切行动的出发点。我们要时时反省自己，在面对御本尊诵经唱题时，在信仰活动中，是否做到了无疑曰信？
若是稍对信仰生起疑心，持己见来推量深远的佛法，那么自身的元品无明，就无法清除。对佛法的傲慢态度，正是堕入无明人生之因。

For example, flint has the potential to produce fire, and gems have intrinsic value. We ordinary people can see neither our own eyelashes, which are so close, nor the heavens in the distance. Likewise, we do not see that the Buddha exists in our own hearts. 🙏🏻

好比燧石中有火、宝珠中有财 。我们凡夫既看不见眼前的睫毛，也看不见遥远的事物，同样地也不知道我们心中有佛的存在。 🙏🏻

Courage and effort are extremely important, for they lead to glory and victory. Life is like a marathon. Even if you should fall a little bit behind the others during the race, there is no need to be impatient, as long as you win in the end. The person who breaks the tape at the finish line is the true victor. 🙏🏻
