开诚布公地交谈
不论对方是谁，日莲大圣人都会开诚布公地交谈。这就是本佛的行动，是人本主义的极致。
圣训有云："虽是他人，若互语交心，亦可为汝捨命。"（〈呵责谤法灭罪抄〉，御书一一七七页）
即使不认识对方，倘若能作交心的对话，生命就会互相感应，会成为不可取替的存在。
我年轻时住在青葉莊，也主动和鄰居打招呼，广结友谊。我和大家畅谈佛法，也有人因此而入信。他们都是尊贵的同志。
无论如何，大家要怀着青年的气概，发挥人的特质，摒除隔阂，好好珍惜与自己结缘的人。
